Why do I need to put my house on MLS? Is it really that important?
Statistics from the National Association of Realtors show that roughly 85% of buyers use a REALTOR®, and the fact is that REALTORS® use MLS to find homes for their buyers. So if you want maximum exposure, yes MLS is key to selling your house.

How long does it take for my property get listed on MLS?
Once we have your signed listing documents in hand, your listing will appear on MLS within 48 hours. It can take up to an additional 48 hours for your listing to show up on and all of the other partner websites because of their database processing time.

Where does my house get listed if I use Broker Direct Real Estate?
When using Broker Direct Real Estate your listing will be posted on your local MLS. It will also be listed on all partner websites including, Trulia, Zillow, MSN, WSJ, and many more.

What other expenses will I incur if I use Broker Direct Real Estate?
There are no hidden expenses or other costs, unless you desire additional advertising or other marketing strategies out of the oridnary. Should a yard sign or lock-box be damaged or stolen, replacements will cost $75 and $125 respectively. We do suggest offering a 3% Buyer's Agent commission to help entice REALTORS® to show your house to their clients.

What markets is Broker Direct Real Estate available in?
At this time Broker Direct Real Estate provides services in North Texas. We are however looking to expand our markets. Contact us if you are an Agent or Broker outside of north Texas.

How long will my listing appear on MLS using this service?
When listing your property with Broker Direct Real Estate you get a 6 month listing. If your house happened to not sell during this time period (which is rare), we would re-evaluate your pricing and marketing strategy.
